Meet the Owners
PNW Residential and Commercial, LLC is owned equally by Travis and Justin, who together bring approximately 50 years of combined construction experience to the company. Both stay personally involved in the day-to-day work, from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
Travis and Justin have known each other for several years and began working together this year, which led directly to building PNW Residential and Commercial together. Justin has approximately 30 years of construction experience, and Travis has approximately 20 years, including time previously spent owning a construction business in Seattle.
They’re currently working toward building out their crews, but the company remains very hands-on today. Travis and Justin especially enjoy remodels, transformations, and projects that call for real problem-solving — and they also take on smaller projects and repairs. Clear communication is something customers regularly compliment.

Before PNW, Travis and Justin spent years working construction and saw the same problems repeat themselves: work left unfinished, poor craftsmanship, and contractors who moved on without thinking about what the next phase — or the next trade — would need.
