Who We Are
PNW Residential and Commercial was built by people who have been doing construction work long before they started a company. Our background includes residential remodeling, commercial property improvements, framing, finish carpentry, drywall, exterior work, and managing complex multi-trade scopes for property managers and commercial clients across the Pacific Northwest.
We’ve worked on occupied homes, active hospitality properties, bank-owned and foreclosure-condition properties, and commercial spaces with tight operational timelines. That experience — planning around real constraints, communicating with real clients, and solving real construction problems — is what shapes how we approach every project today.
